Burgers@ Apollo was a nice burger spot. This is NOT fast food because the food is cooked to order which makes for a better meal. Customer service was friendly and professional. We were greeted immediately when we walked into the restaurant. The burgers were cooked well and the onion rings were very crispy. I loved that the onion rings weren't heavily breaded. If you are in the MD area, please stop by. The decor and the music gave me happy vibes.

GREAT food and ambience. We first had their rich and thick chocolate milkshake. Super tasty, best I tried in a while. The burgers were great and the sweet potatoes were crispy. We couldn’t finish our meal. I would recommend this place and we are planning to come back.

The mambo sauce on the chicken sandwich was so good. Everyone else had burgers and enjoyed it but I didn't take pics so you'll just have to trust me lol.

Stopped here on a road trip for burgers and it did not disappoint! The fries were perfectly cooked (not flimsy at all) and the burgers were great. I'd say more upgraded diner style burgers in terms of flavor and cook. The prices were also fairly cheap for the food and quality.

Came here because I wanted to see how their burgers were. I can't lie the burgers were definitely a nice size for The original. I added my own toppings, which were really good. The buger was thick but not overwhelming, and the toppings were definitely a great addition. The sweet potatoes fries were what I expected but still worked well with the burger. The customer service was definitely great and positive which is always a plus for me. They are patient and will assist if you ask for recommendations for what to order when it's your first time. The vibe of this place is definitely relaxing, especially if you want to come here after work and have a nice drink with a good meal. The only negative that's I can give so far is their soda machine had almost every drink out of order, so there were limited options. I had my food to go and ate at home, but I do intend on going back and trying everything on the menu each visit.

1. Service: Walked in and were immediately greeted! Loved this. The woman at the front counter provided excellent customer service and answered any questions we had. The other young lady was running food back and forth and kept tables clean. 2. Food: I had the Apollo burger added egg, bacon and tomato (as you can see it's a beast and I broke it down). It could use a pinch of salt in the meat. My husband tried the single burger and really enjoyed his as well. Fries came out hot. The shakes are so good (especially the vanilla with caramel drizzle). My husband enjoyed his chocolate city shake. Neither of us cared for the red velvet cinnamon role. Tastes more like chocolate cake. 3. Atmosphere: They have a bar inside that you can eat at and order drinks. A TV above the bar showing classic movies and the bathrooms are clean.

We visited about 3 weeks ago now. I had been wanting to go for some time after finding a review searching for places to eat. Small space with a bar, but very very nice. Absolutely loved the mural on the wall of people and places in DC-even saw a few of our h.s. friends on the wall! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was in that day. He was very nice and personable, staff was pleasant as well. We will definitely be going back, food was delicious. Black owned, Native to Washington, DC

First off, the vibe is amazing. Wallked in, and they had some old-school R&B playing. Burger was cooked to perfection and was so flavorful. I ordered the original burger with cheddar bacon lettuce and tomato with fries. Prices were great and not to expensive also my cashier Tisa was so sweet and friendly if I am ever back in this area I will definitely be returning for sure
